Enthuse Wellness Centre

Alyssa offers individual and couples counselling. She supports people who are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward. She has a particular interest in working with women who are navigating difficult relationships or life changes and may find themselves putting everyone else’s needs before their own. She offers a space to talk through these experiences, explore boundaries, and build confidence in making decisions that feel right for them.

Alyssa wants therapy to feel like a place where you can be yourself and talk openly without worrying about being judged. She will work with you to make sense of what you’re going through, find ways to cope, and work towards changes at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Alyssa is a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University. She also holds an Honours Bachelor of Social Work and an Honours BA in Social Development Studies from the University of Waterloo. She completed her diploma in Community and Justice Services at Algonquin College and is currently completing her postgraduate certificate in Mental Health and Addiction there.

Her experience includes supporting women and children experiencing violence, as well as refugees and international students affected by war. These experiences have shaped her understanding of how relationships, circumstances, and access to support can affect our mental health. Her practice is grounded in trauma-informed and anti-oppressive approaches, with time taken to understand each person’s experiences and what matters to them.

Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys reading and hiking, and can often be found walking her dog Charles or spending time with family and friends. She has travelled to 44 countries and lived in seven, which has been a big part of her love of learning about different people and places.

Kelly Marie Wilson has been practicing Registered Massage Therapy since 2010. She graduated from the Kikkawa ICT massage therapy program with honours and hasn’t looked back since.

She’s worked in many different clinical & spa environments and has enjoyed every experience while growing within the profession. Working as a mobile practitioner something was missing however and it was being able to learn from peers and colleagues to help complete the circle of care for her clients.

Her treatments are client centred. Whether it be sports oriented, recovering from trauma or to just tune in and relax her primary goal is to empower her clients to be an active participant in their own healing path.

She is in good standing with the CMTO and is very excited to be a part of a new wellness community and to connect with other like minded practitioners and professionals.
